Meet Our Staff

Sarah graduated from SSC in 1998. She started working with Dr Dwan in 2005. Sarah has great skills in working with all types of insurance, scheduling appointments, accounts receivable, accounts payable, treatment planning, and financial planning. She married her husband Matt in 2001 and has 2 beautiful children Chloe and Ethan. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.

Lexi graduated from Standish-Sterling High School in 2003 and joined our team in August of 2014. You may have had the pleasure of speaking with her over the phone or at the front desk while checking in and out of the office. Lexi's skills consist of working with all types of insurance, scheduling appointments, working with all accounts receivable and accounts payable, treatment planning, financial planning and updating the office website. Since she came from the banking industry she has been furthering her education in diverse areas of dental office management, by taking classes locally as well as major dental conferences. Lexi lives in Sterling with her boyfriend, Robert and their two sons, Arian and Orion. In her free time she enjoys the outdoors, gardening, running, hiking, camping, attending concerts and spending time with family, friends and her pets. 

Josette Rang is a certified and registered dental assistant and earned her degree from Washtenaw community college in Ann Arbor, MI. Josette is a Standish native and started as a intern with Dr Dwan in 2000 and has assisted ever since. Her compassionate skills make patients feel comfortable and she enjoys working with the public. Josette was married in 2005 and some of her interests include fishing with her husband, running and scrapbooking.

Chris is a certified and registered dental assistant who earned her degree at Ferris State University. Chris has worked in the dental field for over 35 years and lives in Standish with her husband Dan. They have one daughter, Hannah and two grandsons, Rhyatt and Crew. In her free time Chris enjoys traveling, boating, reading and most of all spending time with her grandson.

Riley is a Registered Dental Assistant who earned her degree from Delta College. She started as an intern with Dr. Dwan and was hired in the summer of 2021. She applies her skills in the dental office by assisting our Doctors clinically. Riley is engaged to her high school sweetheart, Joseph and lives in Sterling. They welcomed a baby boy, Greyson in April 2022 and a baby girl, Emersyn in August 2023! Riley enjoys being outdoors, fishing, kayaking, riding her side by side, snowmobiling, camping, boating, playing with her two dogs and most of all spending time with her family.

Brianna is a registered dental assistant who earned her degree at Delta Community College in 2022. She found her love for the dental profession in high school by attending B.A.I.S.D. Career Center. She has been applying her skills throughout the office, maintaining the front desk along with assisting doctor clinically. Brianna grew up in Au Gres and now resides in Prescott. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends & her dog, Rosie.

Lisa received her Dental Hygiene degree and local anesthesia certificate from Delta College in 2004. She has been working with Dr. Dwan since graduation while keeping abreast on her dental continuing education. Lisa’s professionalism and compassion contribute to making her a great team member and hygienist. Lisa married her husband Cale in 2004 and they reside in AuGres. The twins, Walker and Elena are now 10 and keep her busy with many extracurricular activities. In her free time she enjoys traveling, camping, boating, running and spending time with family and friends.

Meghan joined our team in 2019 and is a graduate of Ferris State University. She graduated with her Associates degree in Dental Hygiene in 2013. She enjoys creating a comfortable atmosphere for her patients while providing quality care. Meghan lives in Bay City with her husband Tom and their twin boys Bo and Rory. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors with her boys, crafting and spending time with her extended family.
